WHY THE SUDDEN RUSH FOR INFANT CIRCUMCISIONS?- something's not kosher...

We have a sudden international edict from Rome (I didn't realize Rome was still the imperial capitol...), stating that forced circumcisions should begin on a widescale level AT ONCE, because it “has been shown clinically to help prevent the spread of HIV and HPV”. (The REAL cause of cervical cancer is a female-specific parasite: http://www.cdc.gov/std/trichomonas/stdfact-trichomoniasis.htm NOT anything allegedly carried or made by a penis.) True science would ask “by what trait or mechanism does a foreskin carry or transmit HIV?”, and it would only be a theory until it could be figured out, tested, repeated, and prevented. Alas, no one seems to remember theories are not “facts” until they are proven repeatedly. So much for eugenic allopathy. Interestingly, since the “clinical trials” offered as “proof” are fuzzy and of minimal effect at best (one wonders if they hired the UN's Global Warming statisticians, notorious for fudged data and fuzzy interpretations...), and there has to be some other reasoning behind it, since the “science” is quite laughable... so, I went on Google and entered a few key words. Interestingly, our Ziofempire overlords keep teaching us how male and female genitalia are identical, so why aren't we encouraging clitorectomies and labia reductions for the same purposes? I know that a penis-enlargement cream made from surgically removed clitori would be a best seller, especially among the gurrumiaos. So why only male babies are encouraged to be mutilated?
